Equality Objectives

To ensure that staff, governors and trustees are aware of the current legislation surrounding equality and diversity and understand their responsibilities and those of the Trust;

To promote mental health awareness within our school communities and develop appropriate interventions where necessary;

To monitor the use of homophobic, sexist and racist language by students in our school and put in place actions and strategies to address this;

To continuously review and revise the curriculum so that it represents the diversity in society and encourages tolerance and respect.
