The Education Endowment Foundation  have pulled together comparisons of all “Family schools”   –  50 schools that are similar across the UK.

Wellfield, is ahead of all the other schools in its family in all of the categories they report (attainment 8, progress 8 and the basics).

Attainment 8 measures a pupil’s average grade across 8 subjects

Progress 8 is an average score for all pupils at a school, showing how well they have progressed academically from the end of primary school to GCSE.
